Caespottown’s original concept was to be a “socially responsible” place that would treat customers with respect, be safe, and serve quality food.
Its founder, Pauline Sousa, who was the first female chef to work at a Michelin-starred restaurant, opened the first Caesari’s restaurant in Italy in 1973.
The restaurant became popular in Italy and became the first Italian restaurant to open in the United States.
Sousas restaurant is now considered one of Italy’s most successful restaurants and serves more than 100 million people a year.
Caessas first pizza was named best in America in 2016 and in 2017, it was named to the prestigious “Best Restaurants” list of the Restaurant and Lodging Association of the United Kingdom.
