Preheat oven to 200C.
Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
Add egg, sugar and cinnamon.
Add olive oil and milk.
Mix until combined.
Pour in milk.
Pour into a pizza crust.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
While pizza is cooling, prepare the pizza sauce.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, olive oil, cream and milk, along with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato paste, red pepper flakes, oregano and parsley.
Add chopped onions, mushrooms and garlic.
Mix and cook until onion mixture is thickened.
Add tomato paste mixture and stir well.
Add vinegar and milk and mix well.
Add a generous pinch of salt and blend well.
Spread the dough onto a lightly greased (but not greased) baking sheet.
Bake pizza for 30-35 minutes or until the pizza is lightly browned.
Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
